The Sussex RCMP is asking for the public's help to identify two individuals following a theft in Sussex, N.B.
The theft is believed to have occurred on June 8, 2026, between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m., at a business on Main Street in Sussex, when two individuals entered the business, took several items and left without paying. Police are now releasing surveillance footage photos in hopes that someone may recognize them.
The first individual is described as a woman, with long dark hair, between 25- and 30-year-old, approximately five feet five inches (165 centimeters) tall, and a slender build. The second individual is described as a man, with long dark hair, with a chin strap style bread, between 30- and 35-year-old, approximately five feet ten inches (178 centimeters) tall.
They fled the scene is what is believed to be a red Dodge caravan.
Anyone who recognizes the individuals, or who has information that could help further the investigation is asked to contact the Sussex RCMP at 506-433-7700. The investigation is ongoing.
