Blue Hills RCMP looking for public’s help in identifying break and enter suspect

On Oct. 2, at approximately 5:45 p.m., Blue Hills RCMP responded to a report of a break and enter at a residence in Forrest.
RCMP learned someone had broken into the home while the residents were out and cracked open the gun safe. Multiple firearms were taken, as was a chainsaw and various yard tools, cash and some personal identification.
Video surveillance of the property shows a male wearing a grey hoodie, gloves and a mask walking into the house from the backyard and then leaving not long afterwards with firearms and a chainsaw. The male was driving what appears to be a light-coloured Toyota 4Runner.
