Pembina Valley RCMP are investigating a break and enter at a commercial business in the RM of Stanley that resulted in the theft of two UTVs.

On Sept. 15, Pembina Valley RCMP received a report of a break and enter that had occurred at a commercial business in the RM of Stanley.

The incident occurred at an auto dealership located on Highway 3, starting at approximately 5:05 a.m. when an unknown suspect carrying a backpack broke into the compound. The individual was wearing a green jacket, jeans, black hood and gloves. 

The suspect proceeded to drive three side-by-side utility vehicles (UTVs) out of the compound, with a vehicle believed to be involved in the theft parked nearby. At approximately 6:05 a.m., the vehicle and the last of the three UTVs drove away from the compound.

One of the UTVs was found abandoned nearby.

RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating the stolen UTVs – a 2024 Kawasaki Ridge Ranch and a 2024 Polaris Ranger XD 1500 North Star edition.
