The Mentor–Apprentice Program supports the revitalization of Indigenous languages by fostering connections between fluent speakers and employees. Through immersive, one-on-one learning, apprentices build language skills grounded in culture, traditions and lived experience.
This flexible, community-informed approach supports the reclamation, maintenance and strengthening of Indigenous languages, while fostering cultural agility across the organization.
